…..this is extremely well made. Our daughter has some anxiety at times, and typically a discussion in soft, gentle tones serves to alleviate her stress. For times when we aren’t close by, this seems like a way to center her focus and move beyond her discomfort. As I wrote, it is extremely well made, my daughter commented on that almost immediately.

The necklace is well made. It hangs nicely on the chest, with plenty of room to use while it is being worn. The color is nice, and I haven't noticed any discoloration, chipping, or anything of the sort. It still looks as good as new. It included a little cloth to keep it clean and also came with a nice bracelet. As far as function goes. this is a nice device. Using it gives a sense of calm, and as a former smoker many years ago, I can definitely see how it might also help one quit smoking if used as a cessation aid. It provides a very similar feeling. As for myself, I am using it to relieve my anxiety and I find that it works very well for this purpose. As for meditation, I'm not sure it was any help there over traditional methods, but for anxiety, it was a huge help. As that is what I got it to do, I think it deserves five stars as it fulfilled my intended use for it. I have anxiety and take medication for it yet there are some days when I need a little bit more and medication just doesn't do it for me this whistle at least helps me to take the focus off of whatever is triggering me at the moment. I didn't realize that it came with a wrist chain, I was more focused on the whistle than what came with it. I know I keep calling it a whistle, no it does not make any sound it just helps focus your breathing

I bought this as another method to not only relax, but hopefully to use to get away from vaping.. I’ve only had it for a couple days now, so it’s certainly too early to tell, but overall the concept is nice. Seems like it is quality made! Will update as time goes by.

I'm using this as a vape replacement to hopefully help me stop with the nasty habit. I stopped smoking 5 years ago and switched to vaping and now I feel like I'm ready to stop vaping. This apparatus is short and slim like a small cigarette. It's essentially a metal cylinder on a chain that you can inhale freely through like a cigarette with no smoke or flavor. I've been using it for the past few hours and it really does satisfy the oral fixation. It's made of stainless steel and it comes with a really long silver necklace and a bracelet so you can wear it either way. I'm definitely glad I found it and fingers crossed that I don't flip out on anyone while trying to make the switch 🤞

Breathing is key to relaxation, and this does a great job of slowing your breathing via a long, slow exhale. In the form of a nice-looking pendant necklace. It does say it's a "whistle" in one of the product photos, and it's definitely not -- this is a noiseless breathing tube. But honestly, a whistle would be obnoxious =) Because it's around your neck, you have a constant reminder. Feeling stressed? Take a deep breath, hold for a moment, and exhale through the tube. The tube ensures a long exhale. Repeat, and you'll be kicking into your parasympathetic nervous system, slowing down your system so you don't feel so tense. Yes, one could do this on their own. But having a tool that also serves as a reminder is a great way to harness your breathing. Overall, a nice piece of functional jewelry.

I got this primarily for its breathing and meditation aspect (as I do not smoke and so don't need it for smoking cessation) and it works well for that purpose. The whistle is a solid little piece and doesn’t make a sharp whistle sound, just a soft "whoosh" of air as you blow through it. I find it calming and a nice aid for mindfulness. The sleek black color is stylish, and the packaging is nice, though I ended up using my own modified breathing technique instead of the one in the included instructions. Unfortunately, the chain for the whistle was broken on arrival. I tried fixing it, but it doesn’t feel durable enough to trust long-term. I’ll likely not wear the whistle on the chain to prevent accidentally losing it. The silver bracelet that comes with it isn’t my style, nor did I get this for that, so I gifted it to a friend. But for those interested in my assessment of that piece - It’s decent but has limited sizing options. It's either too loose or fairly tight if fully clasped. O...More

This anti smoking aid is great. I quit smoking after 7 tries over about 9 years. It's hard. I'm not sure this breather is the best for that if used alone. Used in conjunction with gum or patches, I think it's great. It's also a super tool for someone with anxiety, which is the reason I ordered it. Now, it's not going to be good enough to totally resolve high anxiety, but for someone who bets nervous in crowds, it's proving indispensable. I got the black one, and it looks pretty sharp. Just make sure you don't bite on the metal. This might better with a silicone tip added onto it.

I like that the product can be worn around your neck. This is key for when you are having a crave to smoke, you can simply pull out your necklace and inhale into the tool. I do think it will take some time to see any dramatic changes but if you are looking to quit smoking, this could actually be helpful. Recommend.

I have a number of these. I use them to help me breath easier when I am having some serious anxiety. Works very well. It is comfortable between the lips and the chain is excellent. By far the best out of the 5 I have. Between the looks, construction, and functionality it is a great choice.

It does help a lot of people but may not be for everyone. The concept is to slow down your breathing and heart rate in anxiety provoking situations. I have tried deep breathing in the past, but it is difficult to achieve when you are already anxious and haven't been practicing this technique on a daily basis when you are calm. The necklace helps slow down your exhalations and no practice is required. I noticed it takes about 8 seconds for me to exhale all the air that I breathe in, even when I blow it out faster. I don't smoke, so cannot say if it would work as a smoking cessation, but it does help with anxiety and helps slow down rapid breathing. I got this to try as a fidget toy for when I'm feeling a bit stressed or anxious. I've never used one before. This is super giftable, with a nice luxe box, and the item feels very heavy duty, as is the chain. I don't have anything to compare it to, but on the first inhale and exhale, it felt too easy to pass air through (not enough pressure?), but after a few cycles I realized it did wear me out at that rate, and my mouth got tired too. So I didn't have any expectations to be met by the experience, but the item itself is great quality.

If your looking for something to help you get the fixation of vaping without actually vaping this is your best shot and the best value money wise. It’s pretty and long enough necklace that u can tuck it into your shirt. The stainless steel is very nice and strong overall it helped me quit vaping so much and also just helped me with the fixation and it also functioned in helping me with my anxiety. 10/10

This breathing necklace is marketed toward people trying to quit smoking, but it also can be used effectively for anxious people to practice measured breathing. It has a long, sturdy chain and the breathing part of the necklace itself has a tapered area that makes it easy to put your lips on it and breathe. It comes in a nice black velvet case and with a small white pouch if you’d prefer to carry it in that pouch. A small, effective product for folks who want to breathe intentionally.

Interesting design doesn't make the breath out very pressurized. The necklace is long enough to put on or take off without undoing it. Pretty sturdy material. Came with a bracelet as well.
